I built a website from scratch for a Suffolk artist, alongside setting up a POS (Point of sale) system and online store via Square.

Key responsibilities:

• SEO: Ensuring the site loads quickly and is optimised for search engine queries.
• Copyright protection: Protecting the artwork on the site from AI and thieves by reducing quality without affecting the user experience, and adding watermarks.
• Till setup: Customising and setting up a till to be used effectively at remote locations.
• Stock: Tracking and ensuring stock could not be double sold!

I have learned the key challenges with building a business online, and the technology behind webshops and card machines. I continue to maintain the systems and website.
